Have you looked on the website to see if your service canada is open for biometrics? I received the Biometrics letter a week ago but the service canada near me is closed for biometrics so I don't expect to receive a phone call anytime soon

I would also assume that you cannot get EI if you are outside of Canada (just an assumption I really don't know the reality)

read back a few pages of this thread lots of people are in the same situation and discussed what to do (use up to date forms, update documents, pay fees difference, include return form that Mississauga sent you) as for restoration of status I believe you should find instructions on the IRCC...

Just received AOR today on the sponsors email address (march 23rd applicant)

I haven't received AOR yet so I don't know the PR app number yet . The application number on the BIL is the same as the OWP one so I guess it is related to it.

I also received BIL this morning on my email address, but I don't know if it is due to Edmonton processing my OWP or because mississauga is also processing my PR. None the less that feels great to see some positive evolution. good luck to everyone!
