I got my official CoPR letter on the afternoon of Sept. 8
It came up as "NO CALLER ID" with no number showing, which seemed weird at first, but I think it's pretty standard from what I've read on these forums.
Just got a call from an IRCC officer in the Vancouver office saying my PR app. was approved! She just asked if my Canadian address was still valid and confirmed that I've never been arrested/charged with a crime. She said that I should receive an email attaching an official COPR letter by...
The exact same thing just happened to me, but it's now back to just saying "submitted". I'm an Oct. 10 applicant who got SA/AIP on Aug. 30... I was hoping it would change to "Approved," but maybe it was just a system-wide glitch (or perhaps we'll both get approved soon! :) lol).
I think $1,295 for PR and OWP is correct. I paid $1,295 for both the PR app (with the Right of Permanent Residence Fee) and OWP, and I've already received my OWP and recently received SA and AIP for my PR app.
I got my SA and AIP today (Oct. 10 applicant) and did not get a message when they started reviewing eligibility. This was the first I had heard from IRCC since I passed my medical in March.
Thanks for the response! That blurb was included on both my AIP letter and my husband's SA letter, but I'm sure that we've already paid (submitted a total payment of $1295 for PR + OWP). I guess it's somewhat standard, but it's confusing nonetheless.
For those who have already received AIP and/or SA, did your letter include a paragraph about the Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF)? Mine says "...You will not be granted permanent residence status until this payment is submitted. If you have not already done so, it is strongly recommended...

Did you receive an update from IRCC when they started "processing" your application five days ago? And if so, do you know if this is what CIC is referring to under the "review of eligibility" section online, where it says "we will send you a message when we start reviewing your eligibility"...
