I have received an offer from Seneca. But the duration of the course is not 8 months or 900 hours, so I am confused will this be eligible for PGWP.

Its not true, Making courses online due to COVID wont affect PGWP. Canadian Immigration website has clearly written that. https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/coronavirus-covid19/students.html#pgwp-eligibility
