Haven't been to the border, but I believe you would need to be a job offer via one of the immigration programs (PNP/LMIA...) - it can't be just a random company giving you a job offer. I could be wrong, but that is how I understand it.

thank you @grattan @Miss bee Ok, so with flagpoling you skip the processing times basically. Ah, I did not see on the CIC website any notes that we can't flagpole, so wasn't sure if we can do it now or not... EDIT: I see Grattan mentioned that I can still flagpole

I've received my PNP nomination, Anyone have timelines for getting a WP after getting their PNP nomination? I will be doing flagpoling to get my permit faster. It seems like WP times are like 180+ days which sounds crazy, just wondering if someone have some recent timelines for this?
