my daughter got fully approval today. requested June 4, biometrics June 23, AIP August 13, fully approval October 26.

None get final approval (second stage approval) even though the VACs are open. The students are allowed to take online courses with AIP, but nothing more. It seems to me, that they don´t really want international students enter to Canada while Covid-19.

It is not clear for me. All students and the students for high schools as well need an approved study permit from Germany. What do you mean with "point of entry letter ..."? My daughter can´t enter Canada without an approved study permit due to travel restrictions.
