I've called multiple times they tell me that the Application is still in progress. I have ordered a GCMS report, there was no information on there. There is no activity at all on my case since 2019. Today, my application status was moved from "Application in Progress" to "Application Received"

I wish I knew. I don't know. Any ideas on how I can find out why my application is so delayed please?
