I received an MR last Friday and got Biometrics request around May 20. Did Bio next week. How is yours going ?

Hello everyone, I'm inland and was asked to submit biometrics. Do we need to pay any fee during biometrics appointment ? Also what are the next steps and how long will it take for getting PR after receiving AOR these days ?

I am waiting for AOR but my AR is 1st week of September. How does an AOR look like if we receive by email ? does someone know what exactly do they write ? Also, I still cannot connect my application online to my account to check its status.

Thanks Missbee. I suppose you meant .. "You *can't* check your status online.." typo ? Any idea how long does it take these days between temp number to AOR ? Looks like they opened my application couple of days ago.

Aah! Thank you maba! Someone else was saying you have to call them to get temp number. The last time I sent an email enquiry through webform in October they said that my application was not in the system yet. I'll try that again. But what can we do with the temporary number ?

thanks everyone! I called them to get temp number, the automated system seems to be asking for application number starting with letters and ending with 9 digits, I don't think I have this number yet. When does one get it ? Do I have to wait for it to get temporary file number ? Its stressful...

I wish I know more to answer you :D but I think they can't reject it right away without requesting you for the doc. That's an interesting idea but I doubt if they can keep the original tracking number around for the later one to arrive, it seems tricky .. how would they know about the second...
