    My Eligibility Review status is changed from "Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start reviewing your eligibility" to "We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements." , but did not get any notification from IRCC like ghost emails.

    Actually Vietnam is mentioned in GCMS Note as secondary office thats why raised web form to them, but on that web form, got reply from Saudi arabia , saudi arabia embassy is replying very fast, yesterday sent email and today again got reply. you can also raise web form specific to Saudi arabia...

    I have raised Web Form to Vietnam Ho Chi Ming office few days ago and yesterday got reply from Saudi Arabia Canadian embassy , they mentioned that your application will unlikely be processed in time for Fall 2020 but you may be able to start for January 2021 term.
