There are a lot of questions for information students regarding this 2 stage. Many students wanted to change DLI, but now they do not know what will happen if they change their university.

Also Canada allows US students to enter to Canada.

No one knows the answer. How can we contact IRCC regarding our enquiries? Today I sent and email to question@cic.gc.ca but they answer my question. They just said you should report changes through a webform.

You know my study plan is based on the LOA that I submitted my VISA with it and I am worried about the final approval.

I hope IRCC will answer this question. Many students have the same plan.

Guys is there anyone who receive a letter from IRCC to pay the first semester's tuition fee? What will happen if he/she does not get the VISA? Or what if they plan to change their DLI?
