Same situation. I called them as well. They are saying that the pandemic is causing the delay. It is hard to imagine why the pandemic is preventing them from issuing CoPRs or PPRs for inland applicants.

FSW-Inland, AOR Oct. 2019. GCMS shows everything is passed. Officer notes show "Application Approved" in May. Still waiting for an official email or online application update. Any guesses on when that might happen? Also, are inland applicants getting COPR or can they do inland landing?

Thanks for your response. Do you think should I contact my local MLA (member of local parliament) or MP (national parliament) about the delay? It has been close to 11 months. Will they be of any help?
