Now what is solution to get PGWP because i am not taking this drop willing how could i enrolled myself if college dont allow me to start studies in this semester ?

I got an email from college in which they said u have low gpa and unfortunately resulted in academic suspension from the college. Now i cant attend this semester in college will it be counted as an unofficial drop or not ?
