Thanks, I shared eMedical through the webform. I will share it again. I called IRCC in November and they confirmed that they received medical receipt. I will again call them tomorrow.

I have a similar timeline as yours. Mine is also medical received but not started, criminality passed, eligibility passed. I submitted my medical around 2 Oct and received it at ircc around 8th oct. not update after that.

My friend gave Biometric yesterday in Toronto(AOR in Feb) and I heard they are calling People to book an appointment. The list of people who need to give biometric is shared by IRCC directly with Passport Canada or Biometric collection centers. You will get call soon if you received BIL from IRCC.
