There was a direct question about how they were selecting processes to give aip and the person just said "we are doing our best to answer everybody's process". They didn't answer much of the questions, just kept repeating what we already know

Those are pretty good guesses, but I'm not inclined to think that they are doing such a thorough analysis. I have no idea, we could even be just randomly unlucky, lol. Either way, one more weekend not sleeping so well and wrapping my mind around actually postponing plans.
