We just got the request for the applicant's medical exam today.

We applied online about 2 weeks ago to update the SIN record with the new OWP expiration date and we got the confirmation letter today.

Thank you for this comment. We were able to link the OWP application to the account yesterday! It is still being processed but my partner's biometrics from 2018 when he was doing his WP extension have been accepted. Hopefully, this means the approval will be soon.

We got this same letter today as well! I paid a lump sum of $1390 when we submitted our application ($255 for OWP + $1050 for PR/Spouse Sponsorship + $85 for Biometrics), but the receipt of course doesn't show the breakdown. Now my partner (the applicant) is worried by this letter. He doesn't...
