Hey.. I again mailed them and got the reply like: The department normally return the decision to application to our office 80 to 100 days after the deadline. Decision will probably be sometime on October.

But waiting for IELTS means i would not get enough time for study permit processing. Is IELTS mandatory for applying for study permit evn if I have my letter of acceptance?

I didn't get the decision from Sask poly till now. Once I get it only I can apply. But the problem is I haven't attended the IELTS till now. The exam is keeping on postponing. If I get accepted then do I need IELTS for applying for Study permit?

Yeah..but as a backup I applied to Sask Poly too. I heard there is only limited seats for MS computer science and to get in is very difficult.
