Hello, My mother is in canada on super visa right now and her passport and visa are expiring in July2025. so, can I apply for renewal of passport from canada? if yes, once she has a new passport, can we apply for super visa from canada or she has to travel back and apply for visa from there?

They are giving the same response to everyone... if the transcript has sent by an email then only they acknowledge soon.. but any other courier services are taking too long.. don’t know the reason..

I It was by DHL.. and DHL already delivered it..

Mine transcript for bachelor degree was delivered since 17th December 2020. But they haven’t acknowledged that yet...

I know. I don’t know how they are opening those files?? Every time they send same response. But two days ago they send me email that they are working on early December files

Yea. That’s why I called them. And they said they do not require any documents from university. Everything is ok. Still file is showing on hold. So, it is so confusing for me.

I checked. But as it is government university . They don’t check email very often. And they said they didn’t get any query on call.

Hi, I applied iqas in june. And due to covid 19, my university wasn’t providing any transcript. My university sent transcript in December, which delivered on 18 dec. till august my file is on hold. Can anyone help please? Thanks in advance
