Thanks. Its the standard email that many have posted before. I am not sure if they have changed the language of the email though the process of getting CoPR might have changed due to covid.

Hi there! Yeas I am. Nov 15 AOR based out of US, an Indian Citizen. As per the GCMS notes, the application got approved in Feb but CoPR went in queue for printing. Have been waiting since then.

Its really a positive sign that someone has received a CoPR email. But may I ask how did you get to know that the processing center mentioned in the email is closed as I couldn't find any such information on the IRCC website.
