Yes I did include all the fees. Hopefully the will accept the owp fee even thou is linked with the application online which it was denied :)

Yes I guess the reason that was denied was because online. I just did it online because i thought they could link it on my account and also beacuse i paid the fees etc. but yeah hopefully I will receive good news in couple of months. Thank you very much for the answers

Yes I did sent it by mail together with the sponsor application and online on my account where I applied for the IEC.
