Thanks. There's an option there to log-in via FIN (valid or cancelled), so no need for a SingPass profile. I didn't see that initially. =)... I am able to send the appeal now and waiting for the approval.

Hi, Hope you can help me out here. Do I need to create a SingPass profile? The system is not accepting the details I enter whenever I try to create one. I've put in the information found in my Employment Pass. TIA for the prompt response. Regards, Mike
