yeah 100% sure na may visa na yan. Ask ko lang po pwede ba ang cooperative bank pagkuhanan ng travelers check or bank draft kasi dun ako naka deposit, kc yung agent ko sabi hindi pwede ang mga rural bank mag issue ng mga ganun baka daw hindi recognize? Hindi daw pwedeng withdraw yung bank draft...
