Sorry to hear about this. If this happened to me, I would send them another photo. If later on it turns out the photo isn’t lost and they process it into their system, then great. However if it’s lost in transit and it never got to them, then it’s further delay for you. So if this situation...

I don't know. I'm guessing it's never final until the officer in charge sends you the official approval letter (COPR), so I am guessing that's what they're trying to say.

Passed everything Feb 6th. Spoke to an agent yesterday. I was told the officer just needs to send me the final email. Not sure when that will happen. LOL
