Hello everyone, I made my landing on 24th July. No questions asked. They completed all documents. One thing they told me extra was that it takes at least a year for PR card to arrive now due to COVID-19 backlog. Other than that. Everything normal.

If you are going to Canada, permanent or soft, make sure you have your Quarantine plan ready. It needs to be verified with actual proof. That means AirBnB receipt or for that matter, if you staying with someone, make sure you have the writing you a letter telling you that they will be hosting...

My COPR was issued before March 18 2020. I am planning to travel to Canada but will be leaving after a month for Europe. Let me know if I can still travel. Will be travelling from Pakistan.

Hey, no, my flight was cancelled. Will be getting a new ticket. But reading the comments and listening to others, I am going to fly and tell them I plan to settle. I don't think they will say no to us if we have COPR. But if your COPR has time, like few months, don't travel before 31st July...

Yikes, I didn't see that a few days ago, must have been a recent addition. I have tried calling them as well. I even got my quarantine plan ready as well and all. Sigh, this sucks, Covid-19 sucks. I will certainly update this thread if I hear anything.

Can someone tell me when was this initiated? As I didn't see this clause before. I have my ticket booked for this Saturday and was hoping to return back by August. I am from Pakistan. My COPR expires on September 20th.
