I walked into BLS Edmonton office yesterday and I saw few new posters which wasn't there when I went to apply for OCI. It basically said that they are short staffed, and the wait is longer. So that might be it.

I am in Edmonton as well, mine says ready for pickup today. OCI website said received on 29th OCT.

May i ask, how long did it take for BLS to get it after the OCI website said received at Consulate. After i posted this question I checked and it says ready for pickup.

Thank you, i am thinking it might take a bit more time since i am in Edmonton ~1-2 days maybe.
