So, I’m just curious to know..., what would happen if your medical exam expire when your passport is in the embassy and your case have been already approved?, I’ve heard if your case is been approved already then you don’t need to be worry about your medical exam expiration.

But, since you only have 30 days to submit your passport and other documents back to the embassy for issuing your permanent residency visa and mine will pass the 30 days because they shipped my passport back to me from VAC, I guess first I would need to ask the embassy to give me more time...

So, if Nilgam sent our passports to Istanbul VAC office..., why in our application tracking status is saying that our application has been received in their Ankara VAC office?

They told me the same thing and I told them I don’t have a delivery confirmation letter with me, but one day after they emailed me my tracking number. Make sure you give them your UCI number to them, because they found my tracking number after I gave them the UCI number to them.

They asked us for some additional document and our case is in Ankara too, I emailed the documents to them and also upload them online in our IRCC online account. So they updated our account that they received the required documents the day after. I believe you need to do the same thing.
