Tracking number is already sent to you in the first VFS email you receive. There is a receipt given to everyone and in the receipt/invoice the return tracking number is available. When did you receive this dispatch message, at what date/time?

This isn't true for me, my criminality was passed till October 2021, it went back to not started after my PCC expired. Basically, Indian PCC validity is only for 6 months or a year I think. So, was asked for fresh PCC.
