Has anyone paid GIC without pan card (India). I had pan card but I lost it and I can't download it as I don't have the linked mobile number. I have pan card number tho. Anyway can I pay my GIC with the pan card number only rather than physical pan card

I have applied for Masc ECE in Concordia and Carleton. Concordia University replied with a mail that I need to find a supervisor who will assist me in my project. I want to know that if I have to mail the professors myself or the univ itself will allocate me a guide ?? I am currently a student...
