Can anyone suggest if the below wording on my wife's PCC is correct or not? This was issued from Delhi. "This is to certify that no adverse information against ABC W/o DEF holder of indian passport no..., issued at delhi on....which would render him or her ineligible for IMMIGRATION PURPOSE...

The application is still being submitted via paper? There is no online procedure?

Hello everyone, I wanted to ask can I sponsor my spouse if I am on EI due to job loss? Under the eligibility criteria it says you can't "if you receive social assistance for a reason other than a disability". Would EI be counted under it? Thanks in advance.
