You can send them mail on this email address: info.canada@vfshelpline.com Add all the details (acknowledgement no., date of submission of webform etc) and you can ask when you can expect for the biometrics scheduling.

just revert on the mail you send to them initially, saying "Gentle reminder. Is there any update on this"

I got the reply after the 4-5 days and then was able to schedule the biometrics. I would advise to mail them and send the reminder mail after 2 days.

There's the webform that you can fill once you receive the passport request, and they will send you the acknowledgement mail right after submission. Send you the payment link after 48 hours with further instructions. There are plenty videos on YouTube explaining the whole process.

webform booked: 25th November appointment date: no email received status: waiting vac centre: Chandigarh

Same with me, I submitted my request on 25th Nov for VFS Chandigarh; but no response so far. When trying to re-submit, it says we already have the request for this application number. Can somebody please advise what can be done in this situation. Thanks
