Thanks, You mean two separate mails from two different IDs? One for yourself and one for spouse? Did you wanted two portal logins seperately for yourself and spouse or just one?

I was wondering the same. Today, My wife responded as a consent from her e-mail. However, people who have received portal credentials whether this is required

I haven't gone through the analytics but eyeballing the myimmitracker for CEC, it appears to me that average time even now in 7-7.5 months. I am personally keeping target at 9 months processing with all things going on...anything earlier , ill be happy to be pleasantly surprised.
