Same with me, mine will hit one year in a few days and still haven't received any updates after medical :(

I wish they could come up with a new processing time based on the new situation and announce it to the applicants. Not just mentioning that the whole process may take longer than one year due to the pandemic. For how long? Nobody knows! :(

I remember an applicant received approval in early December and he called it a miracle. Now I feel he was right it was completely a miracle :D

Most of us have been in Canada for a couple of years. I am not sure why they made it so complicated?! I really hope it gets over.

Even some February outland applicants are receiving the decision. I thought the inland process is faster than the outland, as some of the process included in our application process has been already completed the first time we entered Canada.

Did anyone contact CIC regarding their application? I hesitate to contact them as mine hasn't hit one year yet. Even I am not sure calling or filling webform really helps.

I wonder why most of the applicants have been asked to submit their biometrics? Didn't you give biometric when you came to Canada for the first time? (I assume we are all inland applicants). I can see my biometric's information, which I have done years ago, in my profile and I haven't received...
