I think what I read was, if you completed everything in pr portal and have not received ecopr in 3 months, you have to email etobicoke office to reset your account and then redo the pr portal things again. I cannot say like 100% this is what needs to be done. I read something like this...

I dont remember where I read it, but if the virtual landing takes more than 3 months, I think you need to reapply for copr. I dont know how, but may be I read something like that somewhere...

I am also waiting for ecopr. I completed on Dec 01, 2022. I have observed that virtual landing can take upto 2 to 3 months specifically for Etobicoke. I dont know the real senerio. But my observation is based on the feedbacks I can see in diff forums...

Hope for the best. I am waiting since Dec 01. Its already been 29 days. Do you know the other people who got eCOPR yesterday, howmuch time they had to wait after submitting everything in the PR portal?

Looks like the immigration office is on leave. Probably they will resume after new year.

Is the dependent inside Canada or outside? If your spouse is inside Canada, she shall receive eCOPR irrespective if the application was inland or outland, and she will not require any visa stamping as she will directly get pr card after eCOPR.

What I heard so far is at the Etobicoke office the have a big backlog and many copr in queue. So they need more than expected time to process coprs. The issue is that until you get the copr they will not process the PR card. I have an urgent travel planned and I am not sure if I can go outside...

My timeline Received credential on Dec 1 Submitted declaration, photo, mailing address Dec 1 since then nothing progressed.

What does the status of the application say?

Yes, I submitted the application after September 7th. I got biometric info letter on october 21 and submitted biometric on November 17th. Since then, no further progress. Online status is "Submitted" and no other info. Any suggestion? I submitted through gc key

How did you apply in the portal? Did you get an invite key? If yes, how did you get it.
