Anyone got their physical mail delivered to them after March 17th and got a status update? I've sent them an email 10 days ago and i got no response.

Yes i did. I've sent IQAS my tracking number and courier name so they can investigate further

They are beyond March 17th... they sent me an email asking for my Tracking number and coruier name as they cannot locate my package.

They no longer have a phone number. You can only reach them via email or a ticket on their website
