If you setisfy all the requirements for sds catagory I suggest you should apply in sds because it has faster processing time then non-sds catagory.

College needs only one semester fees to confirm your seat. One year fees is a requirement of Canadian immigration if you want to file visa under SDS catagory.

Firstly you have to choose in which catagory do you want to apply for study permit, SDS or non-SDS. Because both have different requirements.
