you can use ecase, but with my experience, ecase doesnot help alot. you can try to contact your provincial office who nomineed you, and ask if they have help on this. This was what i did for submitting my additional documents.

I think your application is still in Buffalo if you do not have an email or letter tells you that file was transftered to other location.

Hi, If that letter is IA, and ur file is not transfered, send the draft to Buffalo, and pay to Canadian Consulate General. You need to save a recipt of your draft in case something happens.

I used the general enquiry, they do reply sometimes, but it doesn't make any difference, because the reply is "Your application is in processing" as always.
