When did you get BIL?

Because some people took biometrics before (in the last 10 years) so they are exempted. People who didn't submit biometrics in 10 years still have to take it.

Oh there was absolutely no number of any kind. I have my phone setting in Korean.. lol and the caller Id showed in Korean, which can be translated as 'caller ID restricted' aka private/unknown number. So that means there's no way we can track the caller location..

Hello, I would like to share my progress with you guys. I had a missed call from SC yesterday at 2:50pm Saskatchewan time. (4:50pm Ottawa time I believe) They called with a private number, so make sure that you don't block the private numbers on your phone setting (which I did, so silly)...
