    GCMS NOTES WELL EXPLAINED HAS NEVER BEFORE UNTIL NOW

    Good morning guys.. I'm February 2nd AOR and I received my GCMS notes few months back and it is on review required. I do not understand where the case analyst got his conclusions from.. Also nothing was said about A11.2, R75 or R76 just summary notes
