I submitted a study permit online application on June 9th, did biometrics on July 17th, got the AIP on August 21st. I didn’t when they started reviewing my application since they didn’t send me an email, but I guess that’s sometime around I submitted my biometrics. Hope you get them ASAP!

Yeah I did my biometrics yesterday, you could schedule the time at https://my.uscis.gov/appointmentscheduler-appointment/ca/en. The timings are updated day by day I think, but some locations reopen at a later date so they don't have a time yet.
