Yea I do understand that. However since I didn't have any driving licence, this wasn't applicable to me.I did phone the Road Authority to request for the letter but due to the covid situation I guess there was no response..

Hi Apurva My application was Rejected just because it lacked a letter from the Road Authority in Australia to certify that I didn't possess any Drivers License there when I was studying. But I am shocked that they didn't ask for further documents instead of just rejecting..Can you please...
