Okay. When raising the form, they ask that is your visa office located inside Canada or outside? What to choose then? and should I just write that "I want to know the status of my application" Will that be enough to get to know about criminality, eligibility, security etc?

We're still working on your application. You may not have heard from us in a little while. This is normal. Most of the progress on your application happens closer to your estimated completion date. Received this email today thrice. Is this because I raised the webform?
