did you contact the immigration office? if so how did you contact them? i read that a few people e-mailed the LVO but where and how? please help.. did you e-mail them after the one year completed? how long does it take to reply? (estimated time) where would i e-mail them?

Hi i received an email in december 2019 that my file transferred to London Visa office. My one year is complete in may. they have not asked for further information or documents and I have not heard back. what does this mean?
