There is an expiry date next to passport number in the online status after the application is approved. Not sure if that expiry date is the date by when we have to complete the COPR landing formalities. Yet to receive COPR and passports.

As we now know that the avg processing time after sending in the passports is roughly 1.5 months, we should try to keep the communication with IRCC at a minimum to reduce the work pressure for the officials working under COVID conditions. That's the best humane thing to do i guess. We can send...

I did submit a web form asking for status update yesterday 5/7. Yesterday - the status was submitted and said, 'we are still reviewing your application".

Good. In my case, they didn't.

Giving an ETA is one thing. But confirming if they received the passports is very crucial. All I have now is the fedex tracking number that says it's delivered at Ottawa.

Submitted Passports on 3/18. Contacted for status on 5/4 and got this response on 5/5 No word if they got the passports and no useful updates in the email.

Same story here... Did you get any email saying that they received the passports ? I didn't get that either.
