AOR was on the 18th Nov Medical was done 10th Dec , should expire 10 dec 2020

My medical is not expired, it was due to expire on the 13th December.

Hello everyone, How important is it to update your application if you have changed jobs. provided your new job may not give you a reference letter if the IRCC requests for one?
