I had send my all documents to wes but from 2 days they changed the status that documents not received yet but postage tracker and in my wes account package tracker shows delivery confirmed . Can anyone help me and pls tell me is m4m and m5b same locations?

Can anyone solve my problem? I had send all my documents to wes and now its showing that documents not received and they are waiting but tracking package shows its delivered and confirmed and also on my wes timeline its showing documents received by wes documentation centre. What should i do?
