well,,i sent application to mississauga on sept 28 and they sent me approval letter on oct 28th,delhi recived my wife's application on nov 8th and she got her PPR on dec 28th,and they sent the passport very next day but delhi start processing on jan 7th,i guess complete status mean her visa? so...
