When did you submit your passport and when were you notified that IRCC received it?

Sending passport from USA to Canada

What is the timeline for COPR these days? I sent a copy of my passport (as I am from a visa exempt country) to VFS LA and the packet seems to have arrived on July 18 at IRCC, but there is no update after that… Frustrating to wait for this long after waiting forever for PPR.

None on my part. My COR is USA, so my VO is most likely Edmonton. AOR Feb 21. I have seen a few fellow Edmonton folks getting ADRs in the last couple of days, though.

Maybe this forum could help: https://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/threads/rprf-request.674711/ It definitely looks like your application is in progress from that forum. What is your VO?

Thanks for the response! I just called again to make sure, and the agent said that Security is indeed passed, along with all the steps in the background check. Is it possible that Eligibility is processed after Security is passed? My Eligibility is still listed as "Not Started" according to the...

Just got off the phone with IRCC--everything completed except for Eligibility. I'm surprised that my Security passed before Eligibility, which seems to be the case for a few applicants whose CoR is USA and VO is Edmonton. @legalfalcon, could you shed some light on this? I thought that Security...

That definitely looks like a good sign. Is your VO CIO - Sydney or Sydney, Australia?

I made an appointment to do an upfront re-medical next Friday after seeing that my medicals expired (My IRCC page says: You do not need a medical exam. We will send you a message if this changes). Could someone guide me through how to send an IRCC web form to link my re-medicals with my file...

    FSW WORLDWIDE

Two things that don't make sense with the memorandum, in my opinion. First, we are seeing PPRs being issued from late 2019 to late 2020, even early 2021 for some FSW inlanders. If the processing time were to be extended to 36 months in 2022, we would be only seeing PPRs from early 2019 (of which...

Congratulations! Have you ever ordered GCMS notes? If so, when did you receive them, and what did the notes say?

Montreal Visa Office ... Let's connect here.

Interesting...Most of the people that I have seen that have Montreal as VO have applied from the US. In any case, Immitracker data shows that it is pretty quick, as it recently gave out PPRs for late 2020/early 2021 applicants. I hope that trend continues. Best of luck!

@Ahmed H @rWolf Where are you originally from? Curious as to why you are getting document requests regarding military exemption.

That's great to hear. Is this based on your observations? Any more input on Edmonton?

    FSW Inland PR applicants

Interesting—my Eligibility also hasn't started yet. I wonder if some FSW-Inland and FSW-Outland files with COR US are being transferred to Edmonton to get processed. It seems that Edmonton was mostly focused on CEC previously, so it is perhaps a workload-balancing measure? Just a speculation...
