My university sent transcripts on 19th via email and I have submitted my application on 24th. However, when I asked IQAS, they gave a generic response. They claim that they are still processing the documents (Physical and electronic email) from the week of Sep 28th. Very confusing.

No specific tips bro...Keep trying for your turn.. I have initiated my application on 19th and managed to submit/pay on 24th. Clear your cache or try incognito window, allow pop-up's from IQAS website.

I don't think email option will have any addl. advantage. My university sent transcripts via email on Oct 19th and I have made payment on Oct 24th. My status is still in "submitted" stage.

Did you call them today? When I submitted online query yesterday, I was told that they are currently processing applications received during the week of Sep 21. If they are processing at this rate, it should take another 3-4 working days to process your application. Fingers crossed..

Same here.... Thank God, they have accepted payments over the weekend.
