I received the same response for my webform query. When I sent a second webform request, they mentioned my application is still in progress. Even the agent on call mentioned my application is still in progress. Not sure how for my first time query it was sent as "decision has been made".

Yeah, hoping for the same. They are only telling that a decision has been made on the application, and doesn't say it's approved or anything else.
