    We submitted webform on 19th as well for New Delhi VFS center. They do not work on weekends so I am assuming we should get payment link sometime this week.

    Folks, the PPR requests this info along with passport, consent form, passport request letter & photos. The height and eye colour (for both eyes) for the Principal Applicant and all of his accompanying dependants I found a form by googling...
