as per rules and my understanding, unless expirty date is mentioned on the PCC than PCC is valid if non-expired and u haven't been there after issue date.

I feel as per other groups that in case no medical nearby your location you can give LoE that its closed and you will provide once they open. ITs risky anyway to goto any hospitals etc and trying to go far location for this.

Don't want to offend but now I am loving my Indian govt. PCC process which I was cribbing about after learning about Viet PCC process :). I don't know why our countries don't want to make life simple for their citizens. Too much red tapism and too complex rules..

yes dont accept it as my 1year was done on 1Apr so have withdrawn profile before that as i was getting extra points beforehand. I talk on some forums and they told when u accept it should be vlaid for u. U should wait and arrange documents accept when 1year is fully completely so that u are on...

yes i checked same. Its very complex & old issue faced by lots of people and lots of people got rejections too just due to same. Please note that the police certificate must indicate that all records have been searched, including any lapsed records (실효된 형 포함). CIC needs to include lapsed...
