I applied for my parents tourist visa again in GC key. Biometrics was done on Oct 28 and I have not heard anything since then. Any idea how long it is going to take?

I would recommend extending the tourist visa. Although it will not matter in the end but it does at this point of time. I was in the same boat and my wife's passport was returned without issuing COPR. Her tourist visa was also expiring. She got her COPR exactly after 30 days since her passport...

Earlier we were in Toronto region then I think it would have been Mississauga or Etobicoke. But after PPR we moved to Ottawa so now I think it's the Ottawa visa office

I am also waiting. It has been over a week when passport was returned without visa or COPR but there has not been any communication after that. I am not sure what to do. I am thinking about raising a webform and asking about this situation.

I am in the same boat but I have not received any email/mail by IRCC regarding ECOPR. Just got mail back with the passport without stamping

Did you get an email after this with instructions? I am in the same boat but the IRCC agent with whom I talked to said there are no notes on the file and please wait for communication.

No update so far. It is going to a year next month but my application is just sitting at NDVO with no update

My file moved to NDVO on March 2nd. I applied for my wife's PR in January 2020. Medical and biometrics done on Feb20th and feb25th respectively. After that nothing happened.
